A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he started his career in 2008 with the Credit department of ICICI Bank Limited Mumbai, where he honed his financial and analytical skills. Since then, he has built an impressive track record, successfully completing over 25 Initial Public Offers (IPOs), many post IPO fundraising transactions and various significant debt & corporate investment deals. His expertise includes facilitating substantial share placements for large corporates through Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), demonstrating his proficiency in global investment strategies. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of skills in investment banking, strategic planning, and high-level networking. 

A Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience, he has established a distinguished reputation in banking, finance, business valuations, due diligence, business viability studies, and mutual funds. His experience includes central statutory audits of major public sector banks and inspections of leading mutual funds on behalf of SEBI. He has been a part of advisory committees on mutual fund regulations and circulars, with expertise in reviewing SOPs and risk management activities of mutual funds and AIFs to ensure regulatory compliance and controls. He provides strategic advice to banks and mutual funds on compliance and regulatory matters. He has been associated with more than five IPOs, demonstrating his proficiency in navigating complex financial transactions and market requirements, as well as his negotiation skills in addressing pressing issues during the IPO process.

A Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of post-qualification experience,  with deep expertise in finance. Specializing in debt syndication, equity fundraising, and IPO advisory services, he has demonstrated exceptional skill and knowledge in his career. His academic achievements include securing the 2nd rank in the B. Com. at Utkal University. He has been associated over five Initial Public Offers (IPOs), showcasing his proficiency and strategic acumen. His extensive experience and steadfast commitment to excellence enable him to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the diverse needs of clients.
